Refund policy

All Aura Presets products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

No refunds will be issued if:

• You have already downloaded the preset files
• You change your mind after purchase
• You do not have the required software (Adobe Lightroom Mobile or Desktop) to use the presets
• The presets do not match your personal editing style or preference

We will offer a full refund if:

• You were charged twice for the same order
• Your files were never delivered to your email and cannot be downloaded at checkout
• The files are corrupted or unusable

How to request a refund: If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, contact us at hello@aurapresets.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and we will review your case promptly.
